This page will meet you with myself. This is my Autobiography.
My name is "Sourabh" and it means Fragrance like pleasant smell. I am emotional and deeply sensitive kind of person. I firmly believe that I define myself with people's happiness. It doesn't matter to me whether they are related to me or not, When all are happy it makes me happy too and if the things are not like that then I will try to make things fall into right place. I always look forward to my problems and try to solve them, Irrespective of whether my problems get solved or not the very fact that at least I tried my level best to solve them and it's makes me feel good. I am a simple guy with high thinking but my journey so far has taught me a number of lessons that's why today I am here and I believe one day I will achieve my goals in my life. I am a friendliness, open mind and a warm heart person. I am very honest and fair in my dealings and are strictly against two-timing and deceiving. I m emotionally quite susceptible, incredibly loving with my friends and loyal towards others. I have learnt from my family, my teachers, my friends and the big guns like APJ Abdul Kalam, Sachin Tendulkar and many more. They all inspired me lot. Since my childhood I have always enjoyed teaching related jobs but my family did not want me to pursue such a career, but finally I choose what I have always wanted to do. I believe conformance is a burden. I choose not to carry . That's Me, That's Panda.
I am B.Tech graduate. I have completed my B.Tech in 2011 from Gautam Budh Technical University(GBTU). I have completed my M.Tech in 2014 from Karnataka State Open University(KSOU). I have cracked IIT GATE in 2012. I have cracked paper 1, 2 of UGC NET/JRF Exam in 2013. I have cracked IP university Ph.D exam RAT 2014 with Rank 96th. I got Certificates of IGNOU Staff Training (STRIDE) Programme held on 3-4th March and IGNOU Orientation Programme for Academic Counsellors. I have completed my Senior Secondary from CBSE in 2007 from Govt Boys School. I have completed my High School from CBSE in 2005 from Vardhman Shiksha Niketan. I have also good experience of some PSUs like SSC, FCI, IBPS, ECIL, DSSSB, ISRO, AIEEE, IIT JEE, KVs, UGC NET/JRF...many other competition exams. I am not motivated by money and hence do not put in much effort to earn lots of it. My earning is good enough to me but my goals are something else in life. I donot like too much variety and like to stick to a particular work or profession. I always blessed with too gud frnds like Arun, Mohit, Monika, Kanchan, Shweta, Neeshu, Pawan, Himanshu, Bhwana, Sonal and many more.
Before 2000, I already forgot but beginning year was 2000 when I was in class 6th and that time I started working on myself. Day by day passes, My work experience, my frnds, my school teachers everyone helped me lot. My school was Ok and teacher was very good with me because I was a good student. Actually It did not matter to me how much your teacher's knowledge, what matter how can u extract the most relevent information from him/her. My tuition teacher was also good but Jitender sir was fabulous. He gave me lot of new exposure in my life and still I m praising him. From class 6th to 9th was good but in class 10th, I became so confident person because I got good marks in 10th. Nobody in our family got good result in 10th. Dadaji gave me 500 for party. This day was very good day n probably the last happiest day of life because Now I was in crucial world from Class 11 to B.Tech. According to me I survived just because of my Attitude. "If u want to do , U can get it at any cost". From class 11th to B.Tech I was struggled with lot of factors but I was trying to comprehand the fandas and sometimes I failed n somethimes I cracked. In my B.Tech I learnt many things and september 2011 I was a B.Tech graduate student but knowledge was zero.
I went for higher studies, prepared for IIT GATE and this time my frnds was my real mentors who told me I am PANDA and just because of this name and this attitude my perception about many things have changed and finally it also helped me lot. After B.Tech and IIT GATE, I got job in IGNOU as a counsellor in August, 2012 and I have started teaching subjects of BCA and MCA. In IGNOU, they appreciated my hard work and they decided to promote me as a Academic Counsellor of IGNOU and recognised me as an effective Lecturer but this's not my final call for career. In 2014, I completed my M.Tech from KSOU and Alongwith, I started as Web Developer and Designer in Weblauncher. Now I want to recognize as a P-T-R[Programmer & Trainer & Researcher]. This's ultimate goal of my Life. I was looking job in Academics but eventaually I failed to delieverd to my Expectations. I did not crack UGC Net exam paper-3 in two times and did not get any job in college. In 2015, I left my IGNOU counseller job and looking job in IT as a UI Developoer. This time was very tough for me because I have to start from the scratch once again. I was in the same situation which I already faced in 2012 but I have to fight and did justice with my knowledge and got a job in GM Technology Pvt Ltd in Laxmi Nagar.
Currently, I am working in SBI CARD as a Manager PMO IT since April 2018. This is a permanent job. Before this job, I was workinhg as a UI Developer in SBI Card on contract based. My Manger Sumit sir liked my work and recommend my name for PMO work along with UI work. Pradeep sir gave me this chance to work with one of fine minds of SBI Card and I joined SBI on 23rdApril 2018. I was hird by Design mechanics to work on client side. Before this job, I was workinhg in TIS Pvt Ltd from 1 August 2016 to 12th August 2016. My first job in IT was in 2013 to 2015 in Weblauncher. I have learnt lot of things there and then moved because there was not so much growth. Second job in GM Tecjhnolgy from June 2015 to 4th December 2015 and then third job in Hopeall Infotech Pvt Ltd from 7 dec 2015 to 27 July 2016. Then in TIS and now in SBI CARD with Design Mechanics. My first love is teaching that is why I have started this website for students and for genuine learners. My keen interest is in teaching. By heart I am Teacher, By profession I am Developer and By degree I am Engineer. I believe that teaching is the best gift one can give to society and it will help me personally. I want to explore the basics of different subjects which is the true essence of learning. I have a good understanding of my related subjects and in-depth technical knowledge. I see a teacher as someone who can make complicated things look easy. Now, I am continuously trying to improve my technical skills, so that I will be able to help my students and my online visitors. I am working on it and may be in future it will be recognize as world wide product for all because as they say " SKY IS THE LIMIT".
My frnds call me "PANDA" and yes I am a PANDA and just becoz of this PANDA giri attitude I am here. I worked really hard to get the things. I am just a simple and average person and through out my life I struggled lot and still I am struggling to bring the best out of me. People around me are good but sometimes they can't understand things but I don't care and don't mind . I am writing and explaining this just because I want and yes I m expressive, a very expressive person. If u r in this page and reading this all stuff it means a lot to me. My main motive to designed and developed this site to work in the field of education and that's my ultimate goal. I am trying to make my website useful to others. I feel very good if u join me as a part of my journey or my website visitor or any other way. I am a talkative kind of person. The reason behind is that I m expressive. If I am not wrong last 10-12 years I worked lot. I worked only for these days where I can work what I want. You know to follow ur dream, ur path its not easy thing but if u are truly working for that , You will achieve that one day and yes destiny also played a vital role but maximum work done by us.
Persons who has achieved lot like Great personalites already said follow ur dreams, dreams come true becoz nothing is bigger than ur satisfaction. You can be on top some day but to stay there is not easy. you have to make some attitude towards certain things , make some rules and set the examples for others. I always said to my students that my time, my this and this .. that and my students replied to me what time sir you are not so old but they dont know I was so much behind, so much away from the world and in these years I learnt from eveything, every single bit of time and yes lot of people helped me through out this time. I thanked them whoever has been part of my life and whoever be still with me but this is very hard true like many of them already disconnected with me and changed their life patterns. In last what matter the time we spend together, that was good, beautiful, awesome and so much learning. While working, I have made many choices. I have made instinctive decisions, Some of them worked and some did not but that's destiny game also. There are success and failure but you keep going on I dont bother about any anything, but mostly I do what I like to do. I don't know how far I will go but I want to give it a shot, at least to live my dream. It made me sensible person and I started enjoying it.
In my journey my friends, my teachers, my family, everybody helps me lot. I would like to thank Mrs. Raj Mittal who used to taught me english, Mrs. Anju Tiwari for Social Study, Mrs. Manju Tiwari for Sanskrit, Late Mr.Praveen Jain for Mathematics, Mrs. Beena Chaurasiya for Hindi, Mr.S.P.Yadav for Biology, My college Dadu Late Dr. P.k. Bhatt. Dr.Kamala Krithivasan IIT Madras who made me look into the totally new subject-Theory of Computation from NPTEL online course. For me, They are Legends, super heroes and Idol of my life specially Mr. Reddy whom I met in MadeEasy. He is very kind-hearted person. They always encouraged me that I can do any thing and always believed in me. Mr. S.P.Yadav who taught me Biology in +2 and many important lessons of my life and the list goes on. My School teacher Mrs. Manju Dingra who developed my interest in Computer science field and always helped me to understand the basics of this subject. I believe good education makes you help in developing a good human being. My friends and family also help me to develop a good human being, they helped me lot in my ups and down. Thanx to all very much but special goes to My Father and Brother. They are always with me and now I got another supporter, that is my wife, my partner. In my definition , A perfect partner is one who is both a lover and a friend and with whom I can share a same intellectual wavelength. What is the most helpful attribute are like flexibility, honesty and supportive nature. She is too gud in all departments.
Apart from developing work, I spend my time educating and inspiring students of different ages and backgrounds to become entrepreneurs. I am working in the field of IT like Website designing and development and many more. Apart from this I am also interested in some other field like Parallel Computing , Web Programming, Webscripting , Design and Analysis of Algorithm, Mobile Computing, Computer Architecture and Computer Networking, Computer Organization , DBMS and many more. According to me anyone can learn the basics of computer science and develop the skills. According to me ur Hard work definetly paid off what u gave. Always remember -"Neither seek nor avoid, take whatever comes and make the most of it". I have combined my years of knowledge, wit and experience to help others. In the last I just want to say. This is the call what I want in my life . Now I m working in IT and enjoying my work thoroughly and my own website is for teaching purpose and MY VISION 2020 .... so Thanx till den have fun...
